Q: What is the term of the franchise?
A: 10 years with two five-year renewal options.
Q: What does it cost? What kind of fees do I pay?
A: $25,000 for your first store - $12,500 thereafter. 4% royalty paid monthly based on gross sales.
Q: What services do I receive for the royalty fees?
A: An array of support services is offered, from initial training to continued guidance and support. See the Franchise Support section of this web site for more details.
Q: What is my Investment?
A: Depending on the size and location of your store, a Pro Image typically runs between $120,000 and $250,000. CAPZ stores typically range from $80,000 to $150,000.
Q: How much will I make?
A: We wish we could answer that, but the Securities and Exchange Commission does not allow us to, as it is classified as an earnings claim. After we receive your qualification report, we will send you a list of all current franchisees. You are welcome to call any owner and discuss service, financial matters, risk, etc.
Q: How many stores are currently in operation?
A: 98 and growing.
Q: How long has Pro Image been in business?
A: Pro Image has been around since the late 80's. Employees bought the company in 1996 and have been operating the company successfully ever since.
Q: What products do you carry?
A: We are sports fan gift shops carrying hats, jackets, jerseys and apparel for professional and college sports.
Q: Do you assist in finding store locations?
A: Yes, we also help you with your lease negotiations, etc.
Q: What type of training do you offer?
A: We offer a 2-3 day training at the corporate office. We also travel to your location to assist with merchandising your store and preparing you for Grand Opening.
