Members of the Pro Image service team offer valuable assistance in the area of leasing. One of the most important decisions franchisees need to answer is where they will locate their store. Pro Image works closely with mall developers and will assist in otaining a location that is appropriate for our franchisees. Once a location is selected, the service team offers on-going assistance in the following areas:

- Group Buys
Group buys are orders collected from all of the individual stores and consolidated under one corporate purchase order. The merchandise is shipped to the corporate warehouse for separation and shipping to individual store locations. This process is used in order to get one-time volume discounts for the system.
- Warehouse
Pro Image operates a warehouse in Centerville, Utah that is used to store and redistribute products and supplies to our franchisees. We use this facility to warehouse frequently needed store supplies such as shopping bags, gift boxes and in-store signage. Buying supplies for the entire system enables the office to get pricing that our stores would not be able to get on their own. The warehouse allows each franchisee the opportunity to order on an "as needed" basis - helping to control costs and cash flow.
- Blanket Discounts
Each year the corporate office compiles a list of preferred vendors who have offered Pro Image system-wide discounts; e.g. REEBOK, NIKE, etc. Members of the office work closely with vendors throughout the year, providing interface for our franchisees. We are constantly negotiating for better discounts and communication with the vendors on behalf of our franchisees. The product of our effort is a buyer's guide that is distributed to all of our stores on an annual basis.
